Yolanda
J. Nunn, MBA, Ph.D., serves as President and Chief
Executive Officer of the company. As director of the
firm’s resource development division, Dr. Nunn’s skills as
a manager, writer and program developer have enabled Nunn
Consulting, Inc., to successfully secure a client funding
ratio of over 70 percent and more than $80 million in
program funding. In addition to authoring several papers
and studies, Dr. Nunn teaches workshops on proposal
writing, evaluation, nonprofit board development,
fundraising and nonprofit management. She brings vision
and participatory leadership to all project teams.

Phillip K. Nunn specializes in
executive coaching―working with the management staff of
nonprofit organizations to help advance the productivity,
personal and professional growth of individuals and their
agencies. Mr. Nunn also uses his experience as former
Director of Evaluation to contribute on evaluation,
strategic planning and other training projects. He is
an excellent strategist and brings creative problem-solving
skills to his projects.

Deborah
Cooper, the Vice President of Finance has been working
with Nunn Consulting, Inc. for over eight years. As part
of the team, Deborah contributes patience as well as a wide
range of knowledge and experience that contributes to group
results. She currently offers training to financial
officers of nonprofits on best practices.

Josette C. Young (Josie) functions as both Office
Manager and Executive Assistant to Dr. Nunn. She is
currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences.
Mrs. Young also oversees many of the event planning
projects. Her resourcefulness and practical outlook
are valuable assets to the team.

.Juliette
Edwards, M.A. is an Evaluation Specialist at Nunn
Consulting. Her primary focus is the design and management
of mixed-method program evaluations for community based
organizations. She has also writes grant proposals,
conducts organizational trainings and assists in program
planning projects. Ms. Edwards brings high energy and
creative problem solving to her team assignments.

Rhonda Whitfield is our newest member
of the team. As
Development Associate, her primary areas include
grantwriting, grant research, fund development, and program
planning. Ms. Whitfield is currently completing degree
requirements for a Master's degree in Public Administration
with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management. She brings
excellent listening and communications skills to her roles
at Nunn Consulting.

Eva Bautista is completing her
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems at
California State University, Los Angeles with a minor in
Accounting. Organization and time management complement
her analytic skills as a database specialist. Ms.
Bautista's "lead by doing" style has proven critical on
many projects.

Darling
Nunez is a sophomore in Physics and Computer Science at
California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Organization, computer technical support, proficiency in
Spanish, and time management are some of her principal
contributions. Ms. Nuñez's
analytic problem solving skills also make her a valuable
asset to the team.
